Before joining the Sea Change Program, Grace spent two years working as a patient advocate at Preterm, a nonprofit abortion clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Through this work she witnessed the harm caused by abortion stigma and grew determined to change it. In her role at Sea Change, Grace is excited to spend her days contributing to culture shift and alleviating the shame associated with marginalized reproductive experiences.
Stigma impacts us all. It creates a culture of shame in which people cannot be their whole selves. Help us grow our work and support culture change around the world.
